JAMB Profile Spelling Error Correction Guidelines
To correct a spelling error(s) in your bio-data, please visit any NIMC office nearest to you.
OR
To correct a mistake in a candidate’s name, send the CORRECT Surname First-name Middle-name to 55019 as a text message from the same mobile number.
For Example:
If Okon made a mistake and his real name was supposed to be Okon Okoro John, he is to send:
CORRECT Okon Okoro John
to 55019 to correct the mistake in his candidate’s name.
JAMB Loss of Profile Code Recovery Guidelines
To retrieve a lost profile code, send RESEND to 55019 as a text message from the same mobile number .
Candidates can reset lost or forgotten Profile Password on their registered cell phone by sending password space your email address to 55019 as a text message from the same mobile number.
For example, if the person email is [email protected], he/she is to send:
password [email protected]
to 55019 as a text message from the same mobile number.
